Ishaan Chaudhuri is a young advocate and medical student based in South Australia. He serves as the National Executive Secretary for the Australian Medical Students' Association, helping to improve student wellbeing, organizational governance, and volunteer systems. He is also the South Australian Committee Chair for Doctors for the Environment Australia, Chief Marketing Officer at ClimateShield, Co-President of the Flinders Health and Human Rights Group and a member of the Flinders University Rural Health Society executive team. He also was elected as the Youth Premier of the YMCA South Australia Youth Parliament. His contributions through these roles were recognised when he received the South Australian Young Citizen of the Year Award.

In his free time, Ishaan enjoys drawing, spending time outdoors with his friends and family, running with his dog, and mountain biking. He also regularly goes to the gym and practices meditation, which helps him maintain balance, resilience, and perspective alongside his studies and advocacy work.
