Country to Canberra 2026 Leadership Competition

The Country to Canberra Leadership Competition is designed to empower young rural, remote and regional women and non-binary people in Years 10-12.

This year, applicants have to respond creatively to the question, "What does the future of health look like for you, your family and your community?" Responses could be in the form of a written response, artwork, video, speech, pitch or other creative formats.

Remember to showcase your lived experience, ideas and leadership potential.

Winners will recieve an all expenses trip to Canberra where they will get to meet inspiring leaders, including politicans, and changemakers and connect with mentors. They'll also get their work published, and connect with a growing network of young rural leaders.
