Peter Susanto is 2026 Northern Territory Young Achiever of the year, and an incredible advocate and ambassador from Darwin. He has represented young Territorians in some of the most important decision-making spaces, including the Conference of the Parties (COP-the United Nations Climate Conference), UNICEF as their Northern Territorian Young Ambassador and the federal government as a member of their Sports Youth Advisory Group. He was also a member of the 2025 Northern Territory Youth Round Table, and a 2024 Northern Territory Youth Week Ambassador.

At the heart of his advocacy is a commitment to his community, and the desire to use advocacy, leadership and representation to solve problems. Since 2015, Peter and his sister, 2026 Youth Week Ambassador-Eva Susanto, have been selling Indonesian snacks at Nightcliff to raise money for charities, including the Fred Hollows Foundation and Indonesia Orphanages.

Peter is currently studying a Doctor of Medicine and is the youngest medical student at his university. In 2021, he became the youngest high school graduate in the Northern Territory when he graduated at just 14 years old. He is also the co-founder and head tutor of Supra Education.
